826 National is a nonprofit tutoring center designed to raise funds, inspire creative students, and advertise programs to the local community. In addition, the tutoring centers feature a street-front retail store filled with unusual novelty products, books, and information based on the city in which the center is located.
For this project we were assigned a city and asked to create our own '826' store. I was assigned Little Rock, Arkansas and I chose to create a 'Rock Shop' in which you can build and create your own rock personality. I designed a letterhead, business card, envelope, storefront and numerous novelty products. I printed my stationary on a natural speckle-tone similar to that of rock texture to bring together the cohesiveness of the product and brand.
